The home has 1 bedroom, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, bar, and den that could be used as an additional sleeping area. There is also a built-in outdoor grill and three separate patios, two of them facing the pool and golf course.

The two casitas each have 2 double beds, large bathrooms with double sinks, and a kitchenette including a small refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker.  Both casitas have lovely outdoor sitting areas facing the pool.

Lovely beaches are just steps away. . . it is a two minute walk to the beach and the charming town of Tangolunda.  Huatulco and Santa Cruz are less than five minutes away by car.

You may choose to rent the entire property, or one or both casitas. The villa is also available for special events.
